Przekaż informację zwrotnąWent to this subway yesterday for lunch and it was terrible. I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese bread. It had no seasoning on it and the bread was hard. The meat tasted old and you couldn't chew the cheese. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was to busy to talk me. I will never go here
4.5” bun instead of 6” … only one piece of cheese instead of normal 2 … only 2 small piece of turkey instead of normal more … should call it a a slider, not a sub. Perhaps management is imposing this limitation so that profits improve. The young lady working Sunday night was very nice but boy was. I disappointing when I opened up the “sub”.

I guess I came in on a busy day judging by how many customers were in the store so although I had to wait a few short minutes, the employees still treated me with so much patience which I genuinely appreciated. They apologized for the small wait which was no problem at all and took the time to even suggest new combinations for next time. Overall I loved the welcoming employees and will definitely stop by again. 10/10 sandwich
Stopped by to grab a couple of footlong subs for dinner. We placed an order online and then my wife went inside to pick it up. My wife was ignored and had to initiate the conversation. Then, the associate behind the counter (James) began complaining about online ordering. After briefly working on our subs, some other customers came inside the store and my wife was placed at the back of the line. Once they left and he started working on our order again, he began muttering complaints about our order loud enough so that she could hear him calling us “stupid people who don’t make sandwiches like this at home.” He then he ignored her again and did not respond after she thanked him for the food and wished him a good night. I went inside to see if I could find a manager to speak with, but he was working alone. He was insulting and dismissive to my family and my concerns about his treatment of my wife. I reached out to corporate later that evening and received a weak response from the store manager, Rosa Iraheta, the following morning. She merely apologized for our wait being longer than expected and completely ignored how poorly we were treated by her associate. The associate doesn’t care about how certain customers are treated and with a boss like that, he doesn’t have to. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values good service and expects to be treated kindly and professionally.
