Country Cafe - WAROONA

I ordered a pasty from this place because the Pinjarra Bakery was closed.

We stopped for breakfast and it was good. My husband had been hankering for sausage for a couple of days. The meals were HUGE so he ate his big breakfast and more than half of my scrambled egg and sausage. Needless to say it will be soup for tea tonight. Great spot for families, efficient friendly staff.

We found this place through following a tourist information brochure. It's a small town so I don't think there's much choice anyway, but we were very satisfied with what we had.I had a vanilla slice and my husband had a filled bread roll. Mine was really nice, and my husband said his was too. The prices seemed reasonable.The place was clean and bright, the bathroom was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Those are important things. There was seating inside and outside, and a lovely children's playground.

Great place to stop for a break or a bite to eat when traveling. Easy parking out front if you have a caravan or trailer. Good food and toilets are clean.

Easy access and quick stopover when on the road. Good enclosed outdoor area for the kids and undercover. Food pretty average, though I only had chicken and chips. Pretty greasy and over battered. Not bad chips. Very friendly service. Lots of tradies calling in for food. would I stop there again, probably.
