Most of the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, but above all, I've never had a server quite like Ken. I've been there several times, and Ken has always gone above and beyond...

Great coffee! Minimal wait time, and it's conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to find. A little more smiling from the staff would be wonderful!

We regularly visit this Dunkin' for work since we're often on the go. They typically provide good service, although it can be a bit inconsistent at times. Overall, this location meets our needs.
