The restaurant has declined in quality and the front entrance has been closed multiple times, causing congestion in the single lane drive-thru in the morning. As a result, I usually decide to go somewhere else to eat.

Waited to long for service, need more staff during the morning, the customer is priority it doesn't matter if you use the drive thru or go inside, to say the least, I'm really frustrated

The blonde server (who appeared to be slightly older) was quite unkind and unfriendly when I placed my order.

They need to hire some people and pay them appropriately. Sandwich station is always slow and definitely never consistent with what they make. This place is gonna fail if they keep at this rate.
