Munkkällaren - Visby

If you want to experience medieval times that is definitely the place to visit and eat!

Wonderful atmosphere and great food. The dessert was perhaps the best desert I've ever eaten.

We had a wonderful dinner with family and friends from the mainland.

This is a place with several bars, dance floors and areas. Both inside and outside. Here you can both dance/party and just grab a drink/eat with your friends. They also have a black jack table (6-decks game) with a limit of minimum 50 sek bet and a maximum of 75 sek. You can also bet on over and under 13. Good location on the big square in the center of Visby in a building with parts from the 1150s.

One of the best and cosiest places, feels like one is back in the middle ages. Many rooms on different levels. However the snack/food is absurdly expensive and one gets very little of it. Therefore a star is pulled away from my review.
