Brooklyn Burgers - Visby

We thought the food was very good and do not understand previous reviews. We tried the Truffle Snuffle dish, which was really delicious. Great beer too! Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of coming at the same time as a large group, which meant we had to wait a long time. We didn't stay longer after that, but the place seems good.

Great burgers and friendly staff. Not a huge amount of food but enough. The kids loved the tasty milkshakes! The interior is nice but a bit dark. No outdoor seating available.

The food at The Mat was completely okay, but the service left something to be desired. What happened to the small gestures like asking if we wanted another drink or if we wanted anything else after the meal? The food came relatively quickly, but we sat for a long time after finishing and were completely ignored. It seemed like there was a (beginner?) mistake in communication between the staff serving us tonight, but as first-time visitors, we are hesitant to return.

The best burgers in Visby can be found at this restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and modern, the staff is friendly and professional, and the food is delicious and served in perfect portions. Highly recommended for a great meal or a casual drink with friends.

It was the best burger joint on the island before the change of ownership. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill significantly. Definitely an okay burger, but not for the price. The meat was pink but dry, probably low in fat. It would have been better with brisket.
