Kfc - Village of Herkimer

I typically don't give one-star reviews, but this establishment has consistently let me down. I appreciate the staff, but overall, the experience has been disappointing.

They ran out of BBQ and hot sauce—what kind of fast food restaurant runs out of those essentials? I ordered for dining in, but they packed my food to go instead. I had to ask for plates and a fork. They really need to pay more attention to their customers.

I enjoy dining at Taco Bell frequently because I love their food. However, I often find that my order is incorrect, which is why I rated it three stars.

The restrooms were not clean, and the food was underwhelming. If you're traveling and have no other choices, do yourself a favor and seek out a better option.

I had a truly terrible experience. Normally, I order through DoorDash, and I thought it was just a coincidence when I got sick after eating KFC, but after visiting the restaurant in person, I was shocked. The floors were sticky, the bags clung to the counter, there was no air conditioning, and I even saw an employee's sweat dribble into my food. The soda machines were off as well; the drinks tasted off, and there was no ice available. This place doesn’t treat its employees well, and I genuinely think the food poses serious health risks.
