I totally get that this is a chain restaurant, and we weren’t expecting five-star dining, but honestly, this experience was extremely disappointing. The waitstaff was incredibly rude—I'm talking seriously unkind.

The food and service are both consistently good. I've encountered a few problems, but the management has addressed them promptly. However, I've continued to experience some issues.

I took my family out for dinner, and we had a great experience. The hostesses were very friendly and polite, which made us feel welcome. Everyone enjoyed their meals and found them delicious. The cost was about $18 per adult, but I felt that the pricing for children could be more reasonable, especially since I had my 2-year-old grandchild with me. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

The service was quick, and the meal was hot and very filling. They easily accommodated my request to replace a less preferred item. The hostess and servers were speedy and friendly, ensuring that the food met our preferences without rushing us to place our order. Overall, the meal was excellent.
