Pow Wow Lounge - Tucumcari

We stopped at noon on Saturday. The restaurant was very sweet dressed in southwest and Route 66 motif. The salad bar looked inviting. I ordered it for $2,99 with a duck. The highlight was the soup. One of the two was Pasole Roujo. Very tasteful soup with a chicken base, red chiles and pork. Yum yum. I should have ordered the salad bar and skipped the duck.

Very good food. We ate at Pow Wow Restaurant after a very long road trip and it was a wonderful place. People were really nice, the atmosphere was relaxing and the best of all food was very good.

Pretty Good :. I had the chicken fried steak really good) but added roasted chopped green chillies fantastic!!!

Beautiful stands with life-size photo-realistic murals of people who look like they're eating with you. For breakfast you have all your basic food groups with a Mexican spin. great experience!

Today pulled for lunch and the parking lot was full of several cars left when we arrived. Same inside. Very friendly waitress welcomed us. Loved the ham and brisket from the buffet and the Road Kill Dip was very good. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. Just a great place to stop for a really good meal
