Tahoe Empanadas - Truckee

I came across this restaurant mentioned in the local newspaper and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find them located at Kings Beach for the music event. The portion size was generous and provided a satisfying amount of filling. The crust was crispy and chewy, without being greasy or overly thick. The highlight was definitely the fresh, moist, and flavorful filling. Just be cautious as they are served hot.

Discovered her pre-pandemic at a brewery and loved her food (esp, because the crust is milk free delicious, fresh, reasonably highly recommended!

The food at this restaurant is delicious! I particularly enjoy the hui and vegetarian options, but everything is tasty. Don't forget to try the sauces - I like to mix them together for an even more unique flavor combination!

The empanadas at this restaurant are fantastic, and I absolutely love the chimichurri sauce they serve. I highly recommend it, 100%!
