Stella At Gravity Haus Truckee-tahoe

The food and service were outstanding! I highly recommend this place; everything was excellent!

The restaurant has a new chef and an incredible, innovative menu. We tried the Hamachi, short ribs, and wild black cod, all of which were fresh and uniquely prepared. The cod was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the Hamachi had a wonderful balance of flavors in the sauce. I noticed another table enjoying the mussels in tomato broth, which we plan to try on our next visit! The chef stopped by our table, as well as others, to explain the preparation of the new dishes. The service was excellent, and the wine selection was impressive. We will definitely be back and look forward to becoming regulars!

Great food While Stella restaurant needs to feature far more plant based items on the menu, Chef Jesse did a fantastic job of fine tuning things and prepared a wonderful, delicious meal. Gina (our server) was perfect!

Very impressed with service and quality. Had a little problem with our order and the chef came out and explained then comped us a nice starter and a glass of wine.
