Fine ice, available in four different sphere sizes. are waffeln (on request) in liquid chocolate and then in chopped fruits are topped; delicious sugar! very relaxed operation, which also went from the meter-long snake, which went out to the terrace, not from the rest bring readings funny, collapsing interior decor, but anyway the ice is delicious!
The ice at this restaurant may be pricey for some, costing $3.50 per order. There is an additional charge for adding hot sauce, but the quality of the ice is impressive.
I had the coconut prawns. They were the best prawns I ever had. So fresh they must have been caught that day.
We were on a hunt for kid-friendly (ie. nonstandard flavours) ice cream cones with 3 shops on Campbell St and ice cream cones available at L.A Grocery (on 1st near Campbell) but don't bother going there or The Candy Jar (standard ice cream flavours, over-priced candy and underwhelming service) or the other ice cream shop on Campbell. THIS ONE has indoor and outdoor seating, a washroom, a super-nice server who advised me on sizes of scoops for my greedy kiddos, and allowed multi flavours of fun-flavoured ice-creams PLUS sprinkles because they spoke with good manners. We adults splurged on the cupcakes and they were moist and chocolatey -- better than the cupcake boutiques I've tried in Victoria. We went back the next day for more, they are that good (and pretty). Great service. Cash only. Worth it.
