One Road Ice Cream Company - Tirau

The ice cream here is fantastic, but the customer service left much to be desired. The blonde waitress was incredibly rude and showed no signs of hospitality. If I owned this establishment, I would be embarrassed by such unprofessional behavior. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because of the great ice cream.

This is probably the best ice cream I've had in New Zealand, and I've tried quite a few! I found the first gluten-free cone that tastes just like a regular waffle cone—it's fantastic. Most of the flavors are gluten-free as well. I had the tiramisu and boysenberry swirl, while my partner enjoyed tiramisu, lemon meringue, and chocolate. Everything we tried was spot on!

Delicious ice cream, heaps of choices and huge scoops! Good deal!

The ice cream here is outstanding—definitely a must-try if you're in the area. I would rate it 11 out of 10!
