They are very respectful of vegans here, there were a few times they were in a rush and almost put cheese by instinct but other than that they change the gloves and have special tools for handling vegan food to limit cross contamination

These guys where slammed tonight, although they killed it. Took a little longer then normal but they handled it like a champ.
