It was not greeted to come to the counter because nobody was there. When the employee was there, she seemed new. She was friendly, but quiet. The food came out quickly.
I went through the passage for my visit and was very satisfied with the service. I could hear the conversation for the customer before me, and the employee of Wendy was very patient and attentive. The customer before me seemed to be a real test as it turned out. When they were asked if they were willing to order, they first said they were not. As soon as they decided that they were ready, they ordered a meal still seemed unprepared to answer which drink they wanted and had to think hard to increase their meal. (I remember working fast food when I was a teenager, and this kind of things would make me crazy!!! The employee of Wendy was calm, patient and confirmed every item of their order at the time and repeated the order for a final confirmation. As soon as the customer has gone out, you could hear how the passenger of the vehicle swears before me and screams at the driver when they were clear in the middle of an argument. However, Wendy's employees were able to neutralize this bad energy with smiles and complete the transaction smoothly. For my order I received the same excellent service. Although it was clear that they were underused, no steps were skipped in the process, which enabled a pleasant customer experience. Thank you very much to the employees who are putting up the public with us! Go on!
