Order pollo jasciso, take 4/10/22 during pm.Went inside to place order. ordered chicken with mixed vegetables. ony 1 piece squash, 1 piece zucchini, and 2 pieces mushroom with 3 times the usual chicken strips and rice and toss salat. very disappointed when I paid $14.00 and no tortillas, only chips and sala. was in the position, today, 12. april with reception back. spoke to manager. he said I should have brought it back in the night. I explained I'm staying with friends from the city. he repeated that he could not do anything when I had brought it back in the night. I told him I wouldn't eat there anymore if I visited my friends. he answered, no problem. you eat somewhere else.

Our server was fantastic, and the food was amazing. But, the hostess and management asked for our service dogs papers because it bothered other guests which is illegal. I don't care if it bothers other guests. We have just as much right to enjoy good food as people without service dogs. I hope they learn they can't do that.

My wife, sister and I stopped in for lunch.... because of allergies to certain foods, the waitress suggested the seafood burrito. The shrimp, onions and scallops in the seafood burrito was burned. The waitress was called back. Because of allergies a replacement order was not made or desired. The waitress stated we would STILL have to pay for a meal that was unsatisfactory. Even when the manager , Raul, stated the same... that once a bite was taken, we had to pay. Wrong answer. This man proceeded to argue with me that we had to pay for a bad experience. I don't think so. I told him that the two meals that were satisfactory I will pay for... but I will not pay for the inconvenience of eating in his restaurant. Los Portales, in Tappahannock, Virginia, will not receive any support or patronage from me, or any others who ask my advise about a decent place to eat...

Mi madres home cooking...family owned and operated over twenty years. .no better South of the Border food or menu anywhere otra any side of The Pecos ...great margaritas and Tequila Sunrises ..Taco Tuesday...Live entertainment.... Great prices. .El staff es muy terrifico ..locations in Callao and new one soon in Montross ..wonderful place for a date or any kinda fiesta...they even have great sombreros...Ole !

Excellent food and eloquent waiting staff. Waitors are very courteous. Not a long wait for food and atmosphere is delightful.
