The hair did not belong to me as I have short hair, and no one else in my family has long hair. I contacted the general manager, Alex, and he claimed it wasn't his hair because his was short. He mentioned that he couldn't offer a refund or allow me to return the pizza due to company policy. He assured me that he would investigate the issue, but the outcome would depend on whether other customers had experienced the same problem. As a result of this incident, I will no longer be ordering from Papa John's. I am extremely disappointed.
The service at this restaurant was terrible. I spent an hour trying to get a DoorDash delivery of a pizza, but they canceled my order twice, never acknowledged it, and wouldn't communicate with me unless I called to place a new order over the phone. It felt like they were intentionally avoiding me.
I wish I had read the reviews before going to this restaurant. I placed an online order and was told there would be a 35-44 minute wait. My young child and I decided to stop by Publix and arrived a little later than expected. When we got to the restaurant, there were at least 7-8 people waiting in the small waiting area. Surprisingly, they hadn't even started preparing my order. I asked the lady to cancel my order, but she ignored me and simply handed me back my receipt without looking at me. I was disappointed that she couldn't even do that. We had to go back to Publix to buy a frozen pizza for dinner. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience wasn't even the worst. I suppose this restaurant is just in a popular area, so they don't pay attention to customer service, and none of the staff were wearing masks despite being busy. They have lost my business, which it seems they didn't care much about in the first place.
I ordered pizza on 29 november, and the pizza was not properly boiled, so I called the personal and informed them, but their attitude was unfriendly, there was no excuse and treated me more than bad customer. I tried to end after an apology, but I was angry at her attitude and asked for a refund, and she said yes. but after a week, no money came into my card, and I called today and spoke about the refund, but the manager said he couldn't give me a refund after a week.
Just ordered a cheese pizza and looks like I got extra topping for free there's a roach in the pizza box ALEX who claims to be the GM says he checks every box before delivery guess he's a liar and have very bad hygiene I will be reporting this store and call corporate I guess this is their better ingredients to their better pizza
