Cafe Amico - Suwanee

I WANT TO LOVE CAFE AMICO!I 'm all for supporting local businesses and I work really close so the location is super convenient, but my last few experiences make me want to RUN to Starbucks because at least they are nice and attentive...The food and drinks are great! The problem is the customer service specifically the young man that works at the front with the long hair. No greeting or acknowledgement ok fine I pre ordered 2 coffees and when I got there, I added a pastry I paid and then the 2 at the front started looking at a phone together and totally disregarded me. He looked up at me and with some tude said, they will make it in the back, this is just a display (pointing at the display) I 'm sure I had a clueless look on my face because no directions were given. ok I say where would you like me to wait (the place is small, I 'm a big mama, not trying to be in the way) he replies, wherever. Bad vibes from the get go the lack of acknowledgement the lack of basic customer service. If you don 't like your job QUIT.

Best coffee shop in town! Everything I get is always delicious. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of coffee.

This place is like a cute hiden gem in this plaza area. Small and cozy and has some delicious flavors to try. I like that they have a nice selection of coffee and some snacks to accompany it. The lady who attended us was so welcoming and attentive. Love the whole atmosphere here. It's worth every penny.Food: 5/5

Came here very happy to try there breakfast crosant and they had inspection after I ordered and been waiting for 20 minutes I we had the most pleasant time whit my wife they offered a complementary avocado toast and and we really enjoyed our time and they speak Spanish I really recommend this place

This cafe has a nice atmosphere! I ordered a hazelnut latte and it was good. My only complaint about this cafe is they charge extra for any and all substitutions. They charge extra for ordering decaf, subbing out whole milk, getting a drink iced, etc. My latte was fine, but definitely not worth $8. We dined in but they still gave us paper cups.
