I have read some of the bad reviews and to be honest they are not bad as what they commented: The food here is delicous, at least to my taste, as i have been eating here for so long and the quality stay consistent over time. I have tried the Tokyo, Osaka, the Karage and they are all tasty. The Miso was not salty at all, espcially if you have tasted it before. Honestly, if you have ever tasted miso in Japan, they would be much more saltier than this store’s miso. The server are very friendly and kind to customer. Sometime they even jump out of their work space to give food to cusomter, which i bet other stores would never do that.

The teriyaki chicken had a flavor profile similar to that of newspaper, the miso soup was absolutely tasteless, the California rolls were disintegrating, and the salad appeared to have been there for a few days. Overall:
