Any time you order more than one item they ask you to park so that their timer doesn’t get them in trouble, even with no cars behind you. This has happened multiple times and only even at this location. I said no and was served the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had.

Head office needs to promptly re evaluate the working conditions of this location. from the employees being so utterly and unnecessarily hostile and mean towards customers who were not rude to them at all to management having or showing a zero regards for( regular customers the incessant incivilty is so alarming specifically at this location. Myself my friends and also my family have been coming here for over two years an for whatever this means i won't go back there and my friends and my family agreee when i told them about my experiences . There is no apology they could offer to make me want to go back here they have their work cut out for them 100% and anyone can depict it quite clearly once they enter this establishment management and the employees behave so miserably. your walking on broken glass here. the dynamics of this environment are so depleting from placing an order to receiving it then once you sit down they just stare at you and become so snide and they sniker and giggle making you worry and uncomfortable its such a alarming place. I'm going to suggest in an email to corporate they consider having their district managers investigate the interactions between management and employees cuz I think their only so foul because they might be way over worked by their management and I don't think their being treated or trained fairly and I for one don't want to be experiencing such negative hostile establishments especially when I'm about to eat its too off-putting I will give one compliment this has been one of the most cleanly restaurants I've ever experienced garbage and bathrooms are well maintained in my experience but the working environment is unacceptably poor

Just bought some donuts orders a coffee they are so scatteredMy coffee was given to another customer. The customer opened the lid and was with the coffee.Then they took it back and gave it to me.Needless to say I left without the coffeeUnless u like germs stay away from this cross contamination germs factory

The service at Punjabi Girls was quite disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to our food concerns, and when we requested them to change their gloves, they argued rather than complying. Even when we repeated our request, they still resisted. Additionally, the quality of the tea and coffee was inconsistent, with each location having its own unique flavor that didn't always meet expectations. As for vegetarian options, they only offer a bagel or a wrap.

I tried to order an iced cappuccino made with chocolate milk, a request I've been making for the past 10 years, but they told me it wasn't possible. I ended up going to another location down the street where they had no issue accommodating my request. Afterward, the owner reached out to me and asked me to contact them to discuss my experience. I followed the provided link, but it didn't work. I then tried a different portal and was assured that the owner would receive my message, yet I still haven't heard back, weeks later. Their promises to address my concerns have proven to be untrue. I wouldn't recommend this Tim Hortons.
