Subway - Surrey

My rating is low mainly because the person preparing my sandwich accidentally cut himself while slicing the bread. When he excused himself, I had to repeatedly ask the new person making my sandwich to change the bread because it had blood on it. She initially tried using the other half of the 6-inch sandwich and I had to remind her again. Then, she attempted to put the contaminated bread back with the fresh ones, and it took another employee to finally tell her to throw it away. To make matters worse, she had an attitude while preparing my new sandwich.

After having no power all day, we decided to go out for a meal, and this location was incredibly busy. The service provided by JASS, who was handling everything on her own, was outstanding! She greeted everyone warmly, apologized for any delays, and thanked us for our patience. Management should definitely be aware of what a fantastic employee they have and the excellent job she is doing.

Arsh and Aman provided exceptional service during our visit. They were incredibly patient and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They truly deserve a raise for their outstanding work!

Every time I go into this location, the food is always fresh and well prepared. Manav is always friendly no matter how busy, offers some of the best customer service I have experienced. Would highly recommend.
