Subway - Surrey

I arrived at 11:35 to order a sub before the restaurant closed at 12. The woman working there seemed rushed to make our sandwiches and get us out the door, as if she were catching a plane. The amount of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and salad on my sandwich was incredibly stingy. I had to ask her four times to add more toppings. She only put two slices of tomato and two cucumber slices on each side, it felt like a joke. She did the same to my friend, who had to remind her that we were not beggars from the Middle Ages. Eventually, she finished our sandwiches but still pushed us to leave before closing time. It was rude and unacceptable. The management needs to provide proper training for their employees.

The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing - rude and condescending. Today I ordered a 6-inch tuna sandwich.

As of now, the staff at this restaurant are fantastic. They take their time crafting your sandwich and make it truly beautiful.

Subway is my go to fast food option. This location was busy at 9 pm. Tables needed to be wiped down as every table had bread crumbs. Service was fast.
