Papa Johns - South Surrey

I became extremely ill after eating the pizza at this restaurant. Both my partner and I had the pizza on Saturday, and my partner got sick that same day. I am still feeling unwell. The taste of the pizza was not what you would expect from Papa John's, and I agree with other negative reviews about the toppings falling off. Most concerning is that both of us became very sick after eating here.

We used to order from this restaurant for a long time since we live very close by. We never had any issues with them for a couple of years now, although I think the owner may have recently changed. However, when I ordered a Large Original Crust Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza, something tasted off, like one of the ingredients had gone bad. The other pizza we ordered was fine, so maybe the onion or chicken had gone bad, I'm not sure. I mentioned it to them and they apologized, but did not offer any solution to make it right. I believe they should have given us a refund or something to make up for the mistake. We were very disappointed as it ruined our night, and we will probably not be ordering from this place again since they don't use fresh ingredients.

I like Papa John's pizza.. specially the dough..just right not greasy. But I find service in this particular outlet to bit slow compared to most of the pizza joint I've been to. I like most when they have promotion. "The Works" Large pizza is our favourite.

By far the worst service I have ever had. Staff did not know what they were doing, didn't get our order right. The pizza itself wasn't any better than the service. A frozen pizza would've been better. Don't waste your time or money.

My visit started good, but then I noticed the server rubbing his eye with his finger before cutting my pizza. I found this really gross, probably one of the worst things I've ever seen a kitchen server do! Also one topping was wrong. You could not pay me to go back.
