Original Joes - Surrey

Sitting outside on Patio, great Day. Had Happy hour specials, drum sticks were outstanding. Cesar's drinks were very tasty! Being that it was busy service kept up very well with all tables. Food was really good!

Our family of 4 were visiting BC and found this great bar and grill on TripAdvisor, our go to for local eats. They reviews were right on target. The food was great! I had the fish and chips and it was one of the best meals I have had in a while. One son had a burger, which he enjoyed and son 2 and husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich which they raved about. Great waitress also!

We recently celebrated my son in laws birthday and what a surprise from one our favourite places . My tostada salad was very sad with old head lettuce 4-5 black beans and same for corn and chick peas dressed very sparingly, I even questioned if there was any at all . We order two orders of drunken noodles that arrived cold , not warm but cold . We did not send back because service was so slow we could not even order a second drink so went home . Sad.

We haven't been for a couple of years, we will make it a more regular eatery. Sunday night with friends was an amazing deal, with half price appys and discounted ontap beers.All four of us gave it a thumbs up. Nice attentive staff as well.

My daughter went here for brunch on Saturday and I was surprised how good it was. I had never been in this restaurant before, and would never have gone in except for my daughter. The wait staff lovely to talk with and were quick to bring menus and provide beverages. My daughter had a turkey wrap and fries which were fresh and tasty. I had the banana bread french toast and smash browns (smashed small roasted potatoes) which were also terrific, they came with a sugar butter, yummy, and of course syrup which I did not require, I took lots home as it was too filling. The coffee was fresh and robust which is always wonderful.All in all, a nice meal at about $30.
