McDonald's - Surrey

I asked the lady to clean the tables and she did but it wasn't cleaned properly. There's and finger prints, they dont care. Filthy place and I wont bring my son here ever again!

McD is always supposed to be the same--that's why we go...so what's to Review? This one deserves a nod. The food IS "the same", as it should be, but this McD (I live in the area) I've been to 50 times, inside and in the car. The staff are always cheerful and efficient, handle my little peculiarities instantly and with a smile, and show genuine concern if things aren't quite right. Once, in the car in pouring rain, I dropped a pile of change. The girl at the window insisted I stay in the car and in 30 seconds a staffer came running around the corner, scooped up all my change from the puddles, handed it to the window girl, who DRIED it all before handing it to me with a smile. That's just outstanding. The Manager deserves some kudos. The kids didn't learn that level of service on their own.

This has to be the slowest "fast food" mcdonalds restaurant around.

10:30 pm Waited 10 min in line just to be told their ice cream machine is broken and you can't even get out of the drive thru line! had to wait another 15

One of the nicer McDonald's locations, as the building is brand new. Parking is available in the lot out front.
