Lyra Lou Cakes - Surrey

We bought some of their ube cookies today and are very disappointed with them this time. They were very hard to chew or even break. They were either old or very stale. First time we had them they were so soft and chewy. Don't think we will buy them again

I was a fan of their halo halo but decided to get their Mango con yelo instead. I was very disappointed because instead of mangoes, they clearly put pears in it instead. I don’t know if they thought people won’t notice but if they were going to change something in the ingredients (especially since it is the main ingredient in the item) they should have let us know instead so we can choose something else. Very disappointed ?

The foods are so delicious. The ambiance is very beautiful.

I got the 6x6 deep chocolate coca for my fiancés birthday, it was so delicious and rich, price was 21$ IMO it's a nice price for the cake and size, it was perfect for three people but seems good for four people too, the place was also clean and very cute! Customer service was smooth no complaints, overall experience is worth the 5 stars, will be coming back!

Ordered cake a week before, the male staff gave me the email address for the order. Email went through with stamp however no response from the baker. Follow up thru phone call after 2 days female staff told me she will follow up with Lyra. 2nd follow up, me and wife went to their place and the male staff mentioned he will talk to Lyra for the cake order. Till then no response, 3rd follow up, he said there is no email however the email was sent and Lyra didn’t bother to check or she forgot.Worst experience, would not come to their place again. Unprofessional with the email, this is how she treated their customers. She wasted my time and effort. Now, only a day to prepare the cake for my son. Please learn how to value your customer.
