The experience was average. I ordered a dish that was a bit dry and seemed a little lacking, but it still tasted good. The service was quick. The restaurant was generally clean, but the tables weren't wiped down, even though there were no other customers present. The staff seemed to be hiding in the back.

I waited on the street for 10 minutes, but nobody came out. I looked in the back and couldn't see anyone. I called out, but there was no response. I won't be going back there.

I'm a local PAC president. this year we wanted to do something special for the teachers as thank you, and I came to freshii to order meals. they were so easy to treat and reacted very quickly. I have given 50 items to order and delivered them with names on any item with ZERO errors. everyone said eating was delicious and I was very impressed. thanks, freshii!

I’m not impressed. I’d rate the customer service a 1. The staff wasn't very friendly, and the service has definitely been inconsistent. Today, my salad was overflowing but had hardly any dressing. When I called to mention it, they insisted that they had added it. Why argue with someone who just wants to eat a decent lunch? Paying $11 for a dry salad is ridiculous! I ended up going back, showed them the salad, and they gave me more dressing. That’s the only reason I’m giving them a 2. I probably won’t return, though!
