Damiko Sushi - Surrey

I've been here many times and it's always been excellent! I had the pork belly and beef skewers and loved them. Their sushi is also awesome, and the dinner box is big enough to split between two people.

I tried the sushi while getting grocery from nearby Save on Foods and seriously it was worth it. Their teriyaki chicken roll was so full of chicken and it was delicious. They have tiny rooms as well for families to enjoy their food separately from others. Plenty of street parking and lot parking available. I liked their presentation too.

Absolutely incredible sushi, our favourite by far in the area. As well, they pack your take out order extremely well and it shows they care. Will be coming back soon!

Review based on Sunday dinner between 6:30-7:30 for 2 people. Very slow service, a long break between dishes. They have insane amount of take out orders constantly coming in so the servers are too busy packing the orders and do not give enough attention to the diners. Some food was good, such as Unagi oshi and dynamite roll, but sashimi quality was barely acceptable (tuna was super soggy with watery taste, and we also found a fish bone in one of Salmon).
