The food met our expectations, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is that they have a 24-hour drive-thru option.

I visited the drive-thru around 3pm and the guy who took my order was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The food came out quickly and I was very impressed. Keep up the good work, thumbs up!

Service was fast and friendly. I like the outdoor patio area.

I used to have a 5/5 review posted but over the past several visits its been so hit or miss here I couldnt keep it up. They never use the order confirmation screen so you don 't know what you 're actually getting or what it will cost. At this point our orders have been correct about half of the time and they always say the same thing when they get it wrong well I didn 't charge you for that and I understand that but when I ask for a combo with extra crispy fries and I don 't get fries at all let alone a drink, it 's extremely frustrating. I work late nights and all I want is a hot meal yall. Being ignored or dismissed at the window just makes the mistakes sting more.Edit: the onion rings are again lukewarm and closer to onion chips or pieces.

I have visited this restaurant four times and each time I have requested the multigrain bun, they have either not had it or not provided it. I'm not sure which is the case because when I inquire, the staff is unaware. Other locations of this restaurant offer the multigrain bun, so it would be helpful to know if it is available here.
