Donatos Pizza - Sunbury

I forgot to ask for honey, but they quickly brought some when I mentioned it, and the staff was very kind! The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing, rating a perfect 5 out of 5.

I visited this restaurant recently to pick up an order. I typically prefer independent pizza places, but I received an email coupon for 30 percent off at this establishment. While shopping at Kroger, I placed an order for one small and two medium pizzas through the app. I arrived five minutes early and the food was just coming out of the oven. The staff was pleasant, the food was hot and delicious. The restaurant had seating available, but I didn't stay to dine in. The service was excellent, and the toppings on the pizzas were great. I would have liked to take photos, but it was lunchtime and people were waiting to eat. I didn't have time for a photo shoot.

Call center that took order stated we could do two orders to use two coupons, store employee said no. Asked for onions on side and no tomato, sub cam with tomato and onions in the sandwich. Asked for a manager when called back to call center, no one answered the phone. Store employees all seemed unhappy. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza is actually quite good at this restaurant. However, the young staff working there can be quite frustrating. The service is only average, with a rating of 3 out of 5. The atmosphere also received a 3 out of 5. The price per person for dinner ranges from $20 to $30.
