I have no regrets other than wishing I had swapped sooner! Sweetwater has the best coffee I've had in years and it's so much more flavorful than the big chain coffees. Highly recommend!
The latte was excellent! The chocolate croissant was huge and I was excited to eat it. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was next to ham in the display case for a month. It was gross and I couldn't eat it.
Love the Frappe it was smooth and tasted great! The bagel was delicious, the Latte is always my go to!
Everytime it's has been amazing! I hope they put the yogurt parfait back on the menu soon!
Within the past few months the orders have been very inconsistent, I've noticed some of the regular baristas have left, and the service has become uncomfortable. No one should have to be the stereotypical customer service, though being kind takes nothing. I recently ordered a small group order, Let it Snow, Matcha latte with Oat& espresso, iced Matcha latte with oat, breakfast sandwich, and two pastries. The first taste of the hot latte was off and continued to taste sour. Then looking at the iced latte there were milk speckles all throughout the drink and also taste sour/off. As pictured below. I called to ask about the oat milk used, without any apologies for a sour drink, the barista said the milk had not expired so they don't know why it would taste sour... Rude but okay, after a long awkward silence a remake was offered to be made under my name and number. I visited the store the next day for the corrected drinks, the barista was very confused, and questioned the order. I explained the situation and they moved through the order uneasy. The corrected orders also pictured below are drastically different. No one is perfect, I truly understand that in customer service myself, but the inconsistency and customer service is severely lacking at this location and I feel uncomfortable visiting the cafe. Sadly that will be my last visit because it no longer feels inviting. I do not need to be persuaded to revisit, all I ask is to take the constructive feedback neutrally and make adjustments were needed.As an honest first review I would have left a 4/5 stars. The service has always been decent, friendly, and patient with my group orders. The past year I've visited the store I have had no major issues; incorrect orders were far and few between.
