Burger King - Stock Island

No. I've been here several times and it's always the same story. not a hospitable. no manate, no one, and they'll let you wait. only with everyone.

Old, can't even explain how bad this experience was. drive through closed 8 o'clock. came inside, had to give my simple order two different people. after.

I usually do not go to burger king unless there is a special offer where you get something else when you buy something else. our experience was here.

A customer described the restaurant as resembling a dilapidated version of a fast-food chain. When I visited today, it was hit or miss whether the drive-thru was even open; the parking lot was empty, and there was a cone blocking the view. The side door was ajar, and some days they even forget to unlock the front door, making it look like they are closed for cleaning. Upon entering, it seemed like no one was there until I spotted a worker sitting on the floor, glued to their phone. Almost every table was dirty and had leftover food on them. The burgers tasted the same, but the onion rings seemed boiled or reheated. There was no option for a refund or fresh food. To top it off, there were ants crawling over the counter, carrying away their own little meals.

The lobby is closed, but it's accessible from outside. However, there is no service available since all the employees have stopped working.
