The Green Welly Stop - Stirling

This is a wonderful place to shop and eat. They have everything you need for camping, cycling, hiking, and touring, as well as souvenir shops and a diner. When we arrived at the café, it was quite busy with a long wait queue for dining, which we suspect was due to a few bus tours arriving at the same time. However, the service staff was quick and efficient, and the wait queue decreased quickly. We were served within 10 minutes of ordering our food and drinks. We ordered macaroni, which took longer than expected to be brought to the table. When we asked a worker about the delay, they not only apologized but also brought us complimentary cakes and drinks before personally delivering the macaroni with another apology. This level of service was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The food was delicious with generous portions at a reasonable price given the location. The award-winning toilets were exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Considering the number of people using them, this was impressive. Overall, this is a must-visit place and we were highly impressed by the service provided. The staff member who went above and beyond for us should be commended for their outstanding customer service. On top of all this, the toilets were clean, tidy, and smelled great.

This restaurant is the perfect pit stop while on a road trip. It offers a variety of amenities including fuel, a small business selling essentials, two cafes, and a gift shop. There are plenty of parking spaces and it is a popular spot for bikers. Ducati and Yamaha even hold roadshows there for people to test out their bikes. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit if you have the chance.

This restaurant is the ideal pit stop for travelers heading to Oban or further towards Fort William or Skye. The establishment has expanded significantly since my last visit, now offering a cozy dining area, a souvenir shop, restrooms, and even a washing machine for those with dirty clothes from their Scottish adventures. The perfect place to grab a warm meal and recharge before hitting the road again.

We always keep here like most people. eat expensive but hey, the bark bar is amazing! great gift shop, fuel and parking galore. define a stop point for each journey.

I would highly recommend calling in here if you're passing The restaurant food was nice. Perhaps a tad pricey but, given its location, not outrageously so. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly The whisky shop is great. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. You can sample many of the whiskies before you buy. I mean there are many to try, not that you should sample many! We came away with a nice bottle and the chap was exactly right with his advice very patient too, given how many questions we asked.
