The Drovers Inn - Stirling

This inn is known for its excellent reputation for being haunted. We stopped in with a coach party for a brief visit, so we didn't get to see the bedrooms. However, the public rooms were incredibly atmospheric and inviting. The inn felt cozy and warm, and if it truly is haunted, it must be by friendly spirits. The service and location both received a perfect score of 5, and the highlight of the hotel is the amazing view.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with an excellent host and clean, comfortable rooms. The bar and restaurant are top-notch. Rooms are rated 4 out of 5, service 3 out of 5, and location 4 out of 5.

The staff have a well-groomed appearance and the vast majority of them are very friendly. Regarding food, we found a menu well filled with typical dishes from the region. The quality, quantity and flavor are fantastic and recommended. The price is adjusted to quality and supply. Vehicle parking very close to the door. Rooms: 5 Service: 5

Very old cosy, dog friendly pub with 2 fires in the bar/dining area. Welcoming staff and lovely food. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking, and lots to look at inside too. Highly recommend to anyone passing. Really convenient that its on a main route too. Food drinks: I had Lasagne, my partner had a steak burger, even the chips were really tasty. Noteworthy details: We loved the taxidermy and old books. The log fires made it even cosier, we loved that it's been kept to its time and not modernised. Very dog friendly.
