Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. The drinks are made well but a while. The food is your standard Starbucks fare and just OK.
I understand drive through is important, but when customers are standing in the store, make them your priority. I have now been in this store 20 minutes waiting for 3 coffees 1 egg bite. Unnecessary to wait that long. Just passing through, so hopefully the next one will be better.
My husband, daughter and I stopped here a few days ago to get a quick drink after a walk. My daughter uses the app all the time so no issues with that and our orders were made quickly. However, when I approached the counter in person, to ask if I could get some water added to my refresher the 3 service reps just ignored me! They all three had headsets on and were waiting on the drive-up like that was priority. I finally went into the restroom to add water to my drink, yes the restroom! This is unacceptable. I guess I am too old to wait on or maybe they cannot add water to a drink. After I got my own water, two other ladies came in and they were waited on immediately at the counter. In-person, face-to-face customer service counts! All they had to do was at least acknowledge me and state they would be with me as soon as possible. They would not even respond to me at the counter. I will NOT be back!!
Great staff, super friendly and hard-working! We came in during a rush and every employee was working hard and they all had an amazing attitude/demeanor. The girl working the cash register was very chatty and recommended several things for us to try.
