They took my money from my account but said their system was down and could only serve DoorDash orders. When I contacted the restaurant manager that was quoted to me, they were unsure about how to process a refund for the money taken from my account.
The focus at this restaurant was clearly on the drive-thru, as many people had to wait in line for over 10 minutes before being able to place an order. Despite this, the food received a rating of 4 out of 5.
This restaurant has the worst service and disrespectful staff. Our order was incorrect and when we asked for it to be fixed, they refused to replace the missing items. They even suggested that we lie and buy more food in order to receive the items we had already paid for. To top it off, they threw a hashbrown at our car and did not offer any kind of compensation. When we tried to call and speak to a manager, they blocked our number. This was a truly terrible experience.
I gave only 1 star so I could say how total catastrophe in every area including bathroom, dirt, floor feet and counter tops around the opposite they were eating their place they had to fill their drinks, but the worst part was how evil and rude the coworkers were asking about everything and they made sure that door wingers were there,
This is the worst McDonald's to eat at I ordered a chicken sandwich had to take it back cuz it was not fresh they give me another one it was not fresh I will never eat here again the one star is a little too much for them
