Bubby’s Chicken Waffles - Springfield

A hidden treasure in Springfield! The best food in town, with perfectly cooked waffles and crispy chicken. I'm pleased to support delicious, locally sourced food!

I drove out to what looked like a rustic post-apocalyptic town only to find out that the restaurant's opening hours were incorrect. I was then harassed by the local residents who were very aggressive. I am very disappointed with my experience.

This restaurant is fantastic, and the owner is a great guy. He really knows how to cook up a delicious meal. If you haven't been here yet, you're definitely missing out.

I ordered the Big Bubby #2, which included three wings and a waffle. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the waffle had a hint of sweetness. It was delicious!

Bubby and his son bring joy to the community with their excellent customer service and consistently delicious, hot food.
