Long John Silver's - Springfield

My truck can fit into a driving time! I drove 3 miles to come here because it has said frankly, but maybe it should say that the drive is only open!

Due to the short personalization it was longer than ever, but still large customer service food: 5/5

Waits in line 12 minutes, then food order was wrong. gentleman on the window was nice but food: 2/5

I love the cheese curds. the burgers on the other side were not the best! overall the building is outdated and could use a lot of work, but I am still going back. child-friendly: they can bring their children, it is not a bad place to sit and eat. parking: the parking lot is a bit rough, but not terrible.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I got in line in the drive thru at 8:32. I didn't get my food till 9:00 and there were only 5 cars ahead of me. One person bailed out on the wait. The people serving were friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered the fish and chicken meal. 2 fish and 3 chicken with 2 sides. When I got home with the meal I had no fish. Just 3 chicken. I was charged for the full meal. Eating the chicken, some were fine, but one was especially dry and old tasting. The hush puppies were good. The slaw was good. I got the Mac cheese. It was terrible and I couldn't stomach more than a bite or two. I don't recommend it. It was a bad experience all around. I won't be back.
