Burger King - Springfield

We had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and our fries were served hot and fresh. The only downside was that many of the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Despite this, I would still return to this restaurant if I were in the area again.

I would like to express my gratitude to the manager, Ashley, and the staff members who went above and beyond to assist an elderly lady and her daughter who were blocking the entrance to the restaurant. Despite the situation, they brought our food out to us while we were still blocked in, and Ashley stayed with us until the police arrived to clear the entrance. Thanks to their help, my children and I were able to safely navigate our way out of the busy Main street. Thank you for ensuring our safety and helping us make it out of the traffic safely.

Just pulled in with 3 busses. One other driver and myself walked across the street to BK because they weren't that busy. The lo by doors were locked and the manager came out and told us that their terminals were down and that unless we drove through he couldn't help us. When we explained we were driving busses and couldn't drive through he graciously asked us what we wanted and just handed us the meals and said don't worry about it! He didn't have to do that at all so hats off. It's appreciated! !

I have only visited this restaurant twice, but both times my order was accurate and served very quickly. Keep up the good work, guys!

Everything was perfect the employees had the best attitude I didn't even know employees could have the cleanliness the taste of the food makes this and actually enjoyable dining experience I think I'll make this a habit I virtually swallowed my food hole with tasted so good so I didn't get a picture of it LOL the manager Mike is one of the best managers I I've seen in so many years and oh my God I just tried the impossible Whopper everyone who like me and won't do it you have to do it it tastes so good it tastes like some kind of cross between Joe bacon and beef and it's not even me what the..,..
