Lone Star Rib House

We just visited the Lone Star Rib House in Springfield Lakes and found the service too slow, no cutlery or serviettes on the table, had to request multiple times to get cutlery and serviettes, had to ask twice to get some water, the place appeared to be short staffed and tables not prepared, the cocktails were far below average. Leaves a lot to be desired. A long way to go towards excellent service.

Overall not a bad night meals where well portianed and cooked well, Steak was cooked as ordered. was a little long to bring out the meals but it was good service overall. The $5 desserts completed the night well.

We just had the nicest steak burger here it was so tender. Fish and chips were nice but a bit dry. Staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Anyone who has ever been to Texas would be horrified. Ribs were tough and dry, wings were bland and the cheese burger was made from processed beef, a crusty 'bun' with no flavour or seasoning. The service was almost non existent coupled with ridiculously overpriced food this place is a joke. Disappoint is an understatement.

The food was ok but the service was disgusting we ordered the all you can eat rib an wings it was not worth it due to the wait and every time my husband finished we had to get up find someone to let them know we are done an wanted the next plate then we waited 15-20 minutes for it my husband did 3 plates but we didn't wait for the 4th cause it was getting late and we didn't want to wait another 15-20mins will never go there again I gave 2 stars for the nice an smiling waitress with the glasses as for the others forget it sour faces put me off my meal.
