Gloria's Latin Cuisine - Southlake

The restaurant Gloria's is a lively spot filled with a group of women enjoying themselves. There’s a fun atmosphere all around, complemented by a large staff ready to serve and delicious food to savor.

We had gone out for a maid night and delivered chips/dips. I ordered a chicken salad that was delicious and all the others enjoyed their meal. only on the floor was the restaurant really hot where we sat and the service was slower than expected. we had to wait one for bardrinks.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today with Lupe's service, and the food was simply delicious! The ceviche chimichurri salad was very fresh and excellent—definitely something we will order repeatedly. The frozen margarita was perfect, and the flan was wonderful, made right on-site.

On Sunday they were not busy, but they were under occupation. we were a larger group of almost 15 people, so we had to wait for an hour because they had not had enough staff. the food was good. their chips and salsa were great! mine man and I ordered the mar y tierra and we really liked it. I just wish the tear was a little more.

The service is consistently excellent at Gloria's. Every time we visit Texas, we make it a point to dine here. The food is outstanding. My wife typically orders the quail, but this time I decided to try the carne asada, which was both tender and full of flavor. The chimichurri sauce was among the best I've ever tasted—I even brought some home with me!
