After my neighbor suggested this restaurant, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did—I discovered my favorite Thai place! The atmosphere is pleasant, clean, and inviting. The service was outstanding, and the food was exceptional. I ordered pad Thai with shrimp and vegetable spring rolls, and everything was cooked to perfection and elegantly presented. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We started our meal with the chicken dumplings and fried Brussels sprouts. While the dumplings were decent, it was the Brussels sprouts that really stood out—they vanished from the table in no time, proving to be an unexpected favorite. Next, we ordered the roasted tamarind duck, which turned out to be the highlight of the evening. It was served with plain rice and was undoubtedly the star of the table. We also tried the sesame chicken, which, although not remarkable, was flavorful enough to hold its own. The fried rice was average. The pad see ew was well-prepared, but if I had to nitpick, I wasn't fond of the chicken in it, which had a boiled-like smell that wasn't appealing. I ended up picking out all the chicken pieces. To wrap up our meal, we enjoyed the Thai crepe milk cake. While it was good overall, the crepe layers were quite thick and tough. I had hoped my fork would glide through the layers easily, anticipating a light, fluffy, and creamy texture, but instead, I found it to be quite dense and rubbery. Overall, the restaurant offers a lovely atmosphere, attentive service, and a diverse menu of Thai dishes. I would definitely return just for the roasted duck and would love to explore some new items on the menu.
NAPA never fails! The food drinks are the BEST!!! Every server is consistently looking to see if you need anything, without being intrusive. NAPA has fantastic lighting, always spotless perfect background music! A
What a hidden gem of a restaurant this place is! The restaurant is tucked on the side of the parking lot and isn't really visible from the road. When you first in, there is a small bar area on the right. We didn't venture in there but saw it as we waited in the entry way. The restaurant was decorated for Christmas and had a sophisticated feel to it. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated within minutes of arriving. I wish I would've taken more photos of the inside because it was so pretty and classy! Very intimate table seatings and the interior gives upscale, date night vibes. Service: I would give the service a 5/5! Upon being seated, we were instantly greeted and asked for our drink orders. There were always someone walking around checking in on us, refilling our waters, asking how everything was. They were all very attentive. Drinks: I ordered the lecheetini and my husband ordered a White Russian. The lecheetini was so good! Perfect balance of sweet and a little sour. You can taste the lychee in it so if that's something that you don't favor, this drink isn't for you. My husband said that the White Russian was good and made well/strong. Food: If I could give a rating above 5 stars, I would!! All of the food that we ordered was amazing. For appetizers, we got the Thai beef jerky and miso soup. The Thai beef jerky was phenomenal. It was made with flavorful beef that was tender and so tasty. I could've eaten a full meal off of just those. So delicious! The miso soup was also good but was on par with any other miso soup. For entrees, we ordered the duck tamarind and pad see ew with shrimp. Let's just say that we cleaned our plates and there was no leftovers! The duck tamarind was delectable. The duck was tender and perfectly cooked, the sauce was amazing and complimented the duck. It did come with a side of rice, but honestly you didn't need it. The pad see ew with shrimp was also amazing. Probably the best pad see ew I have ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and seared, the sauce on the noodles was sooo good and sweet, everything about the meal was amazing. My only regret is that I wish we had room for dessert! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming to this restaurant if you're looking for delicious Thai food! We will definitely be returning.
This fabulous Thai restaurant is tucked away off of Hwy 26 in Colleyville, but hungry people have found it for restaurant was full shortly after opening at 5:00pm. Making a reservation would be a good idea. What we got was so good better by far than Howard Wang (now closed) in Southlake. Service and food was above and beyond expectations.
