The woman that cashed me was not welcoming AT all. It feels like I was a bother to her. MAM if u don?t like ur job, thenPLEASE QUIT. U are one of two cashiers there that STARTS the customer?s experience. If that?s ur attitude then u will turn offmany customers. She just cashed my drink and that?s it. No hello, welcome, NO FORM OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT. She just put the cup onthe counter and that?s it. Imagine paying almost $60 then almost $5 to receive this kind of service. HORRIBLE. Do better Paneraor else u would not get money from us again.
There were no vegan options available and limited gluten free. The machines for taking your order are difficult to use and don't make it obvious which items are sold out until you individually click in each one. The broccoli mac and cheese was watery andthe grill cheese sandwich was hardly grilled enough. There were no cups available for drinks but the salad was good.
This is an especially great location. The employees are great and the food is always consistent. Nice little outdoor patio, and a comfortable, clean interior. I suggest their unlimited drink club for $10 a month. It's such a crazy deal!
I'm not sure what has changed at this place, but I used to visit at least three or four times a week, and my orders have been wrong the last four times I've been here. I understand that restaurants are facing challenges due to the labor shortage, but it's frustrating that my simple requests keep getting mixed up. I even contacted corporate and received a generic apology in response. I genuinely hope Panera can return to its former standards, but I would recommend avoiding this location if you can.
I initially thought the service was decent in terms of speed, but that quickly changed. All the food arrived cold, and one chicken sandwich had to be remade three times just to be warm to the touch. The drinks were also incorrect; the hot chocolate was actually lattes, and my latte was missing the espresso shots I had paid for. It took such a long time to correct these issues that all the food ended up being refrigerator-cold. What a disappointment! Please consider hiring qualified staff or provide proper training. Also, while I have no issue with employees speaking another language, it’s unprofessional to do so in front of customers. It felt rude!
