The restaurant promptly corrected the second sub I ordered and I called to request mayo for this one. I also asked for the missing items from the previous order, which had been made incorrectly, and they were happy to send those along as well. This experience demonstrated to me that they truly value their customers.

The order was correct and fresh. Delivered in a good timely manner.

Every time I visit, I encounter an issue. The only time I actually enjoy my experience is when I order online. Their customer service is lacking, the service is slow, and it’s evident that the staff member working tomorrow does not seem to care about being there.
