Bojangles - South Hill

The food was good, and the dishes were better than those at other stalls. However, the service was lacking. The staff seemed ill-suited for the level of service expected. Additionally, the dining area needs some attention and a thorough cleaning. It's a shame because the food was enjoyable. We ended up eating in our hotel room. Overall, I would give it 3 stars: the food was tasty, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

The young man who took my order was very professional and polite! The food was also great! I simply ordered a kids' meal (chicken, fries, and a biscuit), and it really hit the spot! Everything was very fresh!

Great service during breakfast! The staff answered all of my questions. The food was tasty, the prices were very reasonable, and there was a wide selection. Everything was served quickly too.

I took the ride to eat for children and me. ordered two 2 pieces over kids meal. one with mac and cheese and the other with fries. both with a honey screed for the top. I have been riding with both and no honey sniff. had waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes and did not discover any errors until we were on the other side of the city without time to drive back. I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich for me.

We stop here om our way to Richmond each time we go, usually for lunch but sometimes for breakfast. The service has always been great and the food has been fantastic! I noticed that the workers actually pump each other up to do better and to make sure everyone gets good service and fresh food! I really wish I could give 100 stars because this location deserves it and frankly I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it more often! Someone needs to give this store a bonus!?
