The Buffalo Spot South Gate

Always issues here. Either they take forever or make the orders wrong. Yesterday at 9pm they were spraying cleaning chemicals around while making the food…. It seems their workers are not trained

I have been a Buffalo Spot fan for a while. This location is fairly new and I've visited it a couple times. I must say! The food is very fresh and tasty!My favorite part though? The customer service. Especially last week from a lady named Alicia I think her name was. I visited in the evening. I wanted to try the Atomic flavor and she gave me a little taste with a fry to decide whether it was edible for me. It was and I ordered Atomic flavoring on my chicken. But her care and customer service made me feel welcome and comfortable! Like hey only order this if you can eat it! So thoughtful of her.Definitely recommend this location and I will for sure keep coming back. The food quality, taste, customer service and I love the convenience of the parking too!

Ordered wings and the skin was soggy and flavour was not that great. It tasted rubbery and felt like it was microwaved chicken. Bought this after looking at reviews disappointed.

Great service , went in got my food everything was on time and fresh love this spot
