Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt took almost an hour in the car. this kitchen aid was short, but had 4 people leaning on the counter. the manager stood there on her phone and went outside to take a selfie in the snow. that was literally the worst service I had anywhere in a very long time.
Food was fresh and hot. Service was good. Ordering ahead on the app will be my preference going forward.
I can’t tell you what their service is like because apparently you can only eat here if you go through the drive through. I was in my company truck so I was unable to do so. Why I can order through the drive through but can’t simply walk in is beyond me. Way to repel customers guys. ?
Went through the drive through. The chicken was cold and they poured so much sauce it leaked out of the bag and got on my car interior, yet they managed to not get all the boneless wings coated in sauce. The toast when bitten into crumbled like croutons.I use to manage a Zaxby’s and I can tell that the chicken, fries, and toast had been sitting under heat lamps far beyond the allotted time.Also serving chicken that cold is a serious health concern.If you go here I STRONGLY recommend not doing so when the night shift is there.As for my family is concerned we will never go to this location again.
Car broke down. Master mechanic Ray Yates had me up and running in no time. Wonderful service. Ray took the time to tell me and show me what the problem was. Great customer service!
