Krystal - Soddy-Daisy

I haven't had a Krystal's in years. I had to wait a few minutes because they were making fresh burgers. They were delicious! This Krystal's is in a small shopping center, no drive thru. Small and friendly place. Will be going back.

It took 30 mins to get 7 krystals. They had no chiks, no lids, out of just about everything and then after paying said it was going to be a long wait to get our 7 krystals. What an unbelievable joke. Could've drove to Hixson and got food, ate and been home in the amount of time it took at this location. Everyone that runs this location should be fired.

Food and service was Good they were very short staffed they were just 2 people working they apologize and we will get it to us as quickly as possible..

Tried to get some Krystal's on a Saturday at 9:20pm, but as soon as I pulled into the parking lot the employee outside let me know that they just cleaned their grill and were closed. So much for being open until 10.

There is only one employee in the building. There is a line full of people.he is trying to help. The employee, Willi, was very nice, but he shouldn't be by himself. I spent $50 on food and waited 30 minutes.
