??Super Team?? Danielle the store manager held her team together! When I arrived she was outside taking orders due to being short staffed. She was taking orders to let her team take breaks. Danielle showed what is being a team player and leading by example! She gave amazing customer service to every person who walked in. As I was leaving she was was cooking as her cooks took their break. She is truly a value to the company, she leads for success, teamwork, passion and innovation!! Zaxby?s you truly have an outstanding Store Manager!
This place must be the most unorganized restaurant I've ever been. I have used their mobile ap to order that the drive thru takes an extremely long time. When I stood at the counter to pick up my order when they finally realized that I was standing there, they tried to give me someone else's order. I told them I only have 2 salads and not another order, they brought it to the car time. I hope it was hers. Anyway, someone asked me what my name was, and I told them again and they asked the line where my salads were. They cried back, I've already made them, as my salads were packed to go to the drive thru. Then they just threw in Ranch Dressing instead of the two we wanted. SMALL
Save the headache and frustration of NIE in this place. AWFUL!!! I'm too exhausted to explain, but I was wasted 2 hours of my life overloading for terrible, false food and even worse service. I guess I'll pay $84 for $22 bad, wrong food. Should be negative stars.
I have a grilled chicken sandwich with Mayo. The chicken was good, but the vegetables were not fresh. A thin limp tomato and a few devastating talks of salad. Too bad. If the vegetables were fresh, it would have been an excellent sandwich.
