Shane's Rib Shack (snellville)

Just two days ago, I ordered $48 worth of food, and not a single item was correct. I really don’t want to call and complain because I don’t plan on going back. I ended up throwing away the hard fries and chicken scraps. If I wanted fries and chicken strips, I would have gone to Zaxby's. At this point, I really don’t think I'll be returning.

The staff was very attentive! I ordered smoked chicken wings along with a side of fried okra and salad. The okra was well-cooked and crispy, and the salad was fresh. However, the chicken wings were quite dry and very small—almost the size of a little pinky! My husband’s grilled chicken was also extremely dry. The friends were alright.

I ordered 20 smoked wings for $21.00, but what I received was disappointing. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, they offered me a $10,000 credit. However, the wings were not only burnt but also old and dry!

Today 5/30/32 Great food, but the service was not as good as before. The cashier could have been new. She messed up several orders. The manager had to talk to her. I ordered chicken and ribs dinner and a small peach kicker for my husband and I had the smoked chicken wing with lemon pepper sauce. I should order a bigger peach cop. It was really good.

Not real sure why this place has a 4 star rating. It's truly undeserving of it. Today was my first time eating here and I must say it was not worth the 16.95 I paid. The ribs had more fat than meat AND they were boiled!!!! Yuck!!!! Shane should be ashamed of himself. The Mac and cheese was mushy and the coleslaw was swimming in mayo. I will never eat here again. I DO NOT recommend this imposter claiming to be bbq!!!
